Quit buying those foods that shouldn’t be in your weight loss diet. If you don’t purchase any junk food, you will be far less likely to be tempted. Surely you would rather reach for an apple as a late night snack than put on your shoes, drive to the store and buy some chips!

One of the best things to help you stick to your weight loss routine is a good support system. Have your friends give you support and encouragement. When you feel ready to give up, they will buck you up and give you the courage and motivation to continue. They keep you going when all you want to do is sleep or play video games.
